What are the codes?

Codes are individual school's ID that allow the school and Promowatch to review sales.

What is the banner?

It is an image that will be posted on your school's website by your webmaster.Posting instructions will be sent to the school's webmasters after the registration is completed.

Can the school review parent's orders?

Yes, Please go to https://photowatcheditor.com/schooladmin and enter your school code to see up-to-date sales report.

When does the school get paid?

A sales report is prepared at the end of each month, and a commission check will be sent to the school during 1st week of the following month.

Is there a special limited time discount program?

Yes, the school may request to run a special limited time discount program. We will then create a discount code for parents to use during the program dates. If you are interested to run such a program, please contact us for full information.

Are parents limited of how many watches they can buy?

No, parents can order from your website link as many photo watches as they choose. They also can share your school's website link with family, friends or any one who would like to help your school raise money.

How soon will parents receive their watch?

It takes 3-5 business days to ship the photo watch after parent's order is received.
We use United State Postal service-1st class service in the continental US only.

Will Parents be offered a satisfaction guaranteed?

Yes, we will replace , change or complete the order over (if needed) according to the parents instructions.
