What is the code?

The code is a school ID that allows us to assign each order to the school, so that we can pay schools for each watch sold.

What is the banner?

The banner is an image that will be posted on your school's website by your webmaster.Posting instructions will be sent to the school's webmasters after the registration is completed.

Can the school review parent's orders?

Yes, Please go to https://photowatcheditor.com/schooladmin and enter your school code to see up-to-date sales report.

When will the school get paid?

A sales report is prepared at the end of each month, and a check will be sent to the school during the 1st week of the following month.

Is there a special limited time discount program?

Yes, a school may request to run a special limited time discount program. We will then create a discount code for parents to use during the program dates. If you are interested in a discount program, please contact us for details.

Are there any limits on the number of watches a parent can buy?

No, there are no limits: parents can order as many photo watches as they choose. They also can share your school's website link with family, friends or any one who would like to help your school raise money.

How long does it take to receive the watch?

It takes 3-5 business days to ship the watch after an order is received.
We use United State Postal service-1st class service in the continental US only.

Will Parents be offered a satisfaction guaranteed?

Yes, we will replace, change, or complete the order over (if needed) according to the parent's instructions.
